Mass interview process that was quick and efficient at local hotel venue. One checked in, answered questionaire, met staff, did pre-interview, took assessment as needed, second interview, and some on spot job offers and some callbacks. The staff manning this HomeServe job fair was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the company. The process was a "big" one in that a lot was accomplished in one afternoon, but one did not feel rushed through it. Attention to detail was good, particularly since the job fair was held offsite.

The interview process was very easy. I applied and got a call back after about a week and a half. The interview was face to face. There were normal interview questions asked. I interviewed with the supervisor of the department and was offered a job position at the end of the interview.

Just speaking in a one on one setting with one of the members of leadership, talking about past experiences and what makes you feel you are a good fit, a pretty laid back interview.
