Process was very thorough and to the point. Several interviews with senior level execs with each being more focused and building from the previous interviews. Phone, then one on one followed by face to face with hiring mgr. and the next level exec. Background and drug testing required which is becoming standard these days.

Applied online and a few weeks later got a call from HR for the initial screening. It ended up having to be rescheduled which was no big deal. I thought the conversation went well and was told it would be a couple weeks for the next step since the hiring manager was new. I followed up when I was told to do so since I had not heard anything and she never replied back. I could have texted her but I figured why bother, if someone cannot reply to an email with a status, probably not a place I want to work.
