Entretien
Met two senior managers at a hotel in Edinburgh and completed a competency based interview after an initial telephone interview the whole experience took about an hour. The job spec was clearly explained and the type of person they were looking for was detailed. I had to use my previous managerial knowledge, attitudes and experiences to see if they fitted the spec.

Question 1
Most of the question were based on the Homeserve values as an employer and looking back i can now understand why. It was a very relaxed atmosphere where i could be myself and answer the questions honestly and they explained exactly what skills they were needing for the role.
