First, I applied online and they called me for an interview. There were other candidates. I met two managers and they interviewed. They explained different responsibilities and expectations and asked about my previous work experience, its pros, cons and contacted my references.

Got called in for an interview. Just asked me about job experience asked me what the word integrity meant to me and then I was hired. Do not stress out about the interview process. You will get the job.
