It’s a long winded process but invaluable in getting the right candidates. My interview was on teams with two other people. It’s wasn’t as scary as I had thought it would be. The interviewers put me at ease. Do your research and it will pay off.

Entretien
Two stage - application followed by panel interview. Took 8 months from application to offer and a further two months from offer to placement. Got placed on waitlist with minimal engagement during the selection process despite scoring top competencies.
