They were desperate for caregivers and basically accepted anyone with a clean background and clean drug screen. I filled out the application and got a call back within the week. They were very organized. I applied online, then was sent an email and text reminders of the upcoming interview. Once in the interview, I was asked about what integrity means to me, level of care that I have experience with, and several other questions based on experience, strengths and weaknesses. The office is very nice and clean. I was offered the job in the interview. They send you a checklist of all the papers you need to bring in, so make sure you do that! It makes the process go by faster and easier. They did do an oral swab drug test but I was told that they don't test for THC since Colorado is a legal state but if found smoking or consuming THC on the job you would be fired.
