Entretien
Phone interview with senior client care manager and a sit down conversation with owner. Both of the conversations were very basic, and just asked about my experience scheduling clients. It was an easier interview because I had experience at the position.
Quick phone screening with the General Manager. Asked basic questions before scheduling an in person interview. Lasted about 10 minutes.
In person interview was with the GM and HR Supervisor, They asked a ton of personality based questions to get to know you Not much situational if I recall correctly. It's pretty easy. There was also a paper assessment to test your scheduling skills. Just gives you scenarios and you choose how to schedule the people for each scenario. About 5 questions, Also easy.
You need to have 3 professional references and 3 personal references and they do call them. It's a bit OD but if you have them it's not a big deal. I think your offer is contingent on the references checking out.There is a drug test one you get an offer as well.

I had an in-person interview with an owner of the franchise. He was very friendly and welcoming and shared great information about their company and culture on top of asking the questions he had for me.

Very Laid back Probably a little too laid back for the level of professionalism needed for the job.
I felt very comfortable speaking with the owner although the staff in the office was not very friendly not one actually spoke to me when I came in made me feel uncomfortable just not very inviting
