I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and afterward they followed up to schedule a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager missed our first call, as well as our second, rescheduled call. The first missed call I gave them the benefit of the doubt because scheduling mistakes and unexpected meetings happen. However, the second time the hiring manager failed to show up for the call, I was told that the position was already filled. It seems this company would benefit from better internal communication.

Three rounds of interviews: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and then a round with back to back group interviews. Overall it was a straightforward process and there were no questions meant to stump the candidate. The work culture is friendly and supportive, and this was reflected in the interview process
