Entretien
Interview started with a phone screen and quickly moved to a phone interview with the hiring manager. However, process was stopped due to the position being placed on hold. After five months, the position was reopened but now involved an online talent assessment. Although I was assured the results of the talent assessment in no way would impact the continuation of the review process, within 2 hours of its completion, I received an automated email stating they were no longer going to pursue me as a candidate. I.E. they lied.

Question 1
All questions were expected, except for the online talent assessment after hearing nothing for 5 months
First had a 20 minute overview with HR. Then 4 total interviews with 4 different people. Typical people management questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Total time from application to rejection was about 3 weeks.

Entretien
Great follow up and very friendly. Questions well relatable to the position and the interviewers were open and easy to talk to. HR team was constantly in contact and kept the process moving along in a timely manner.
