During the interview, one of the interviewers made a discriminatory comment, implying that I struggled with understanding their English and even suggesting that I might have had difficulty speaking at the gate to get to the interview room. I found this comment both disrespectful and upsetting, as someone who has always viewed Holmen as a reputable and inclusive company. I did not expect this type of remark during an interview. I believe it's important to ensure all candidates should be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the hiring process, regardless of their background.
