Extremely awkward. The CEO came in with a bad attitude like they didn't want to be there in the first place. They interviewed me and grilled me like they were a detective and I'd done something wrong. It was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming and I was made to feel uneasy. It was definitely not an interviewing process I was used to.
