Got in contact through referral, set up an interview, went to the interview, got email follow-up and then an offer. Interview was with multiple members of the team and mostly conversational. Technical questions were asked, but mostly open ended design/concept rather than specific implementations of some kind. No whiteboard code or other nonsense.
