I applied probably about 9-10am one day and heard back that afternoon, so very quick response time which i appreciated. They asked me if i free for a certain time on a date and i was yes, the interview date was the next week sometime. Hired on the spot. Interviewer was very nice and i think she could tell i was nervous and was very calm and open about the position. Unfortunately my interviewer left the company.

Incredibly informal. I was hired on the spot -- given, I was only 16 at the time. The interview lasted less than five minutes and did not many relevant questions.

Entretien
During the initial interview, I was asked to explain the reasons in which I should be hired. I was also asked why I wanted to work there and what experience I had over the years. My boss made sure I knew the basic duties that I would be performing daily and routinely. This job was fairly easy to get, but requires a bright personality and a professional appearance.
