The interview followed the format of STAR questioning. The manager (interviewer) asked approximately 6 -8 questions, such as telling us how you overcome a challenging task during work. The zoom interview was convenient, and they will let you know if there is a specific skill required to perform the job role. Mine was about telephone communication skills for the front desk position.
