Whole interview process is outsourced to external parties. There's no real Data Science practice existing within this company. There is a huge disconnect between what you are asked in the interviews & what you actually do on the ground. 2 good technical rounds (with external consultants) followed by 3 internal rounds by people who have no clue about what to ask, sound very un-professional. No respect for candidate's time. Easily the worst interview process I've ever faced in any organization.
