Normal job application and then assessment centre where you had to work in groups to answer questions and then had to make a product in a team to show arts and crafts skills

I was taken into a separate room where there were 4 other people, we were then told that we would be making clay animals and during that, one by one we would be called over for an interview with the manager. The interview itself was pretty easy, the manager was aware that I’d never had a job before so he avoided asking me any example questions, which I thought was very kind. It was mainly just questions about myself and what I know about the store. Overall, the staff were quite friendly and the interview process was very relaxed.
