Several steps involved before a face to face interview actually occurs. Initial phone interview, an assessment that includes typical managerial problem solving but also has a visual assessment that shows a variety of patterns in which you must figure out what pattern is missing in a sequence. I consider myself somewhat intelligent but have never seen anything that comes close to this in college or any other employer. Once assessment is complete, they use a 3rd party company to conduct reference checks. I believe they ask for between 7-9. They want subordinates, peers and your superiors. Then comes the face to face.

Phone interview with recruiter. First step. Explains in detail the description of job and requirements as well as next steps and 10 questions. After you are asked for 6 references including 4 direct reports. This can be a bit hard if you are currently employed but dont want to involve your place of work just yet..so be prepared for this.

Horrible. Very quick interview scheduled and professional interview but it’s unrealistic to expect 7-10 references that are professional only. Most companies don’t even allow employees to give references so to make that a minimum to move in in today’s world is ridiculous.
