Smooth interview process. After submitting the application I was invited to a telephone interview, and then a graduate assessment centre at the office. It's a chance to showcase yourself but also to see what sort of work you'll be doing as a graduate.

Applied online and then received an invitation for a 20-minute phone interview. The next stage was an in-person assessment day, which included group exercises, competency-based interviews, and opportunities to meet team members and learn more about the role.

Entretien
The interview process begins with an introduction to what will be happening throughout the day and an opportunity to meet other applicants. You are then supplied with a timetable on what tasks you will be doing throughout the day, including talking with new members of the graduate scheme, a 2 on 1 interview including a prepared presentation and a 4 person group task.
