it is a post-career fair interview. I have been talking with the hr for 30 mins. She asked several general questions, not technical questions, and then asked me to keep in contact via email afterwards. They will make a decision in two weeks

It went well, it felt more like a conversation than an interview. They care more about you as a person than technical skills. This is a great company to work for, they really emphasize a family-oriented environment.
Good interview. Relaxed, just be yourself. Everybody seemed pretty genuine and it’s a great way to meet everybody in their office and ask as many questions as you can. Rotated between different people in the office between project managers, vice president and superintendent
