Applied through the company's website and less than two weeks later a recruiter contacted me to setup a call with HR and Hiring Manager. Generally, I didn't think I performed that well (which happens, of course). I was informed that I would receive some kind of feedback between 10 days or 2 weeks max. After more than a month I decided to contact the recruiter and never heard of them again. Negative feedbacks are part of the game, but going complete radio silent on candidates is an utter disrespect to their time and energy spent on the recruitment process.
