The interview process with Hirewell was relaxed, transparent, easy, conversational and real. Appreciated the authenticity of everyone I spoke with.
Each person was a great listener, really trying to make sure it was a great fit not only for them, but for what I was looking for in a career to be truly happy and successful in what I'm doing.

Question 1
All the questions were conversational and really based off of what I was looking for and what they were looking for and talking through any questions I had. They asked about my experience, my likes and dislikes of my current role and what I want to do in the future / what I'm looking for.
There is absolutely no reason to make a candidate go through 5 interviews.
It is a good way for the candidate to meet potentional coworkers but it can also get draining

Entretien
The interview process was very smooth and easy to go through! It started with a conversation with the CEO which led to speaking with Maggie and then the rest of the team. Maggie was very communicative throughout the process and prepped me for each interview.

The interview process was very thorough and smooth. I was kept very informed and each interview I got to learn something new about Hirewell! By the end, I already knew if I did receive an offer, I would accept on the spot.
