Entretien
Way too long of a process in which you need to block of a LOT of time from your current employer to interview and answer the same, predetermined questions over and over. Then, they make you do a full on presentation that they suggest spending at least 2 hours to put together. Basically free work. Waste of time and had to take pto to accommodate their interview schedule.

Entretien
My experience with Hinge was exceptionally bad and I don't see that reflected anywhere here.
The recruiter reached out to schedule an intro call after I applied. Once we got on the call, she started asking me accusatory questions that put me in a defensive position.
The role was more senior than my current experience level, but she made it clear from the first 30 seconds of the interview that I would not be considered. At least give me a chance to explain why I may be a good fit!
Here are some examples of the questions she asked:
"So you don't have any experience managing direct reports, right?"
"Your current position is your first one out of college, right? You haven't worked anywhere else?"
Every question she asked me was structured with "assumption first" then (I guess?) a chance to let me defend myself against that assumption.
As someone who spent time preparing to have a meaningful conversation about role alignment, I wish she had never contacted me. Then, I wouldn't have had to waste my time talking to a company that apparently needed to fill candidate spots on paper or something.
To add insult to injury, they ghosted me after that interview.
