After applying online I had a panel interview with Program Managers/hiring managers. I met with HR afterwards and then offered the job. The team was pleasant and a very positive atmosphere.

Awesome interview experience. You have to attend orientation for one week, which is a great way to have prior knowledge of role expectations. Additionally, you will be trained on DBT and CBT. Employees are also give training on how to effectively support patients during a crisis.
