Entretien
The first interview with HR manager was professional and it took around 1 hour. The problem was that i had to ask about feedbacks each time and sometimes no response.
The second interview with Business Development Director was after 3 months even i was promnised to get a final feedback after 4 weeks !!
The big shock for me as the interviewer opened his camera and he was talking from his bed room and wearing a jump suit, so i took the impression that he was not seriouse at all.

Entretien
The interview was online via Chinese platform VooV. There was two stages: first regional HRM, local HRM and local supervisor. The Second round was with the Regional Director. Overall interview was friendly and interesting, mostly based on the previous experince and challenges. Througout the process I local HR with organisation and additional questions. Eventually they gave me an offer with nice benefits and fair pay.
