First off, I would like to apologize that you had a negative experience with our interview process. Our goal is to ensure as positive of an experience as possible for all candidates and we clearly fell short here. I entirely understand how frustrating it is to commit that kind of time to an interview just to have communications fall off. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will take a serious look at our process to prevent this from happening again.
That being said, we feel that 10 hours is competitive with or more efficient than many of our peer companies, and we are flexible with time and scheduling to accommodate individual situations. We also want to be sure we're taking the time to evaluate mutual fit, as 10 hours is small compared to the amount of time most expect to spend in a new role. A rushed interview process can lead to mutually poor fits that leave both parties unsatisfied.
Again, I'm sorry you had a poor experience with your interview and overall experience with us. We absolutely missed the mark on how we want the process to go and will use your feedback to improve upon it.
