1. *Manager Screen* (60m): I spoke to the CPO about my background, my job, what I liked/didn't like and what I wanted next.
2. *PM Screen* (60m): I spoke to the first PM to get a sense of PM at Hightower, along with what they were looking for in a Product Manager.
3. *Engineer/Designer Screen* (30m): I spoke to two sets of engineer/designers. They asked me about how I work with designers and engineers.
4. On Site
a. *Portfolio Review (60m)*: I presented past projects to a set of designers, engineers and product managers. I fielded questions about my work and my experience.
b. *Business Interview (30m)*: Spoke to their VP of Operations about how product and the operations team can work together and get a sense of how they did support and product launch.
c. *Problem Solving Sessions (120m)*: I paired with the CPO and another PM to think through how I would solve building a specific product. I was presented a project brief on a problem they were working on. I did a mock interview with a customer. I white boarded designs and talked about trade offs along with talking about what the next steps were.
