It took about a month after I applied to hear back about a virtual interview. I was interviewed by two members of the department. I really didn’t think they liked me for the position but to my surprise I got a job offer about 2 weeks after my video interview.

Long and tedious not worth the time job was offered at a much lower rate than advertised by the company very unstable and stressful culture not worth all of the effort and time

Entretien
Don’t be fooled. They just try to fill the interview quota. Corporate policy, most of the time they already have someone in mind and that someone is often their friend who they clique with.
This company is also known for discriminating minorities with less “white characters” for management position. Just look at the director and above level, all white males and they want to keep it that way.
Feels more like a fraternity rush week than an interview.
