Really frustrating application process. There is very little communication. No human touch to the process at all. Assessments that don't capture real candidate personality / skill. Overall, I found it to be a very cold experience

Entretien
Do not keep expectations from highmark in terms of follow up. Company doesn't inform candidates regarding next steps. Eventually they keep you waiting and never get back to you. I have interviewed for 2 different roles and initially after screening call recruiter set up an interview with Hiring Manager. Interview went very well and hiring manager was impressed with my profile but after that I did not get any call or email from them. They will never close the communication and there was lack of communication between Recruiter and Hiring Manager. Candidate those who will interview for any position please have clear communication on initial call.
