The process was vague and choppy. I waited several weeks between communications, and then they picked it back up as if nothing happened. Interviewed with 6 people (not the same people I was originally told) and then sent a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation. They also did not disclose the pay range on the job description or during the initial screening interview.

The interview process was detailed and lengthy. Met with several people individually and also as a group. Feedback and communication was generally good throughout the long process. At times, the process felt like it was evolving as they were going, and at times overly rigorous.
