A short test which is pretty easy, related to classes and inheritance. Next round is a technical phone interview, they first scheduled it and never called and then rescheduled and called at wrong time so wasnt ready. And then interviewer was not into asking questions, he wasnt friendly at all, he wouldnt give time to think about the answer, he wanted everything straight away. I have had bad interview experiences, but this was worst. Please dont waste your time interviewing with these people.

Entretien
I sent several emails to their hiring manager with a portfolio and resumé. Maybe 2 weeks later I received a response and the go-ahead for a phone screening. The phone interview was about 10 minutes long before they decided to bring me in since I was local.
So in late October I went in to interview and had several rounds of softball questions. One of the managers was mildly condescending when discussing the resume. Overall, the interviewers were impressed with moderate competency in CS and engineering.
The long and short of it was I passed the interview, sent a thank you card, and waited for a response. Over two months later I sent a follow up email and then they suddenly wanted to go through hiring talks, so that I could start three weeks later.
