For post of Business Analyst the Interview was carried in Three Rounds.
1st Round-
It was a telephonic interview round, where they asked simple questions based upon
1) Graduation / Post-Graduation
2) Domain expertise
3) Previous projects (if any)
4) Why you want to join
2nd Round-
Technical Round was taken over Google Meet (Video Call).
After clearing the first round I received a mail to do full business analysis of 'Dream 11' app including competitor analysis & prepare a PPT for the same.
Based upon my analysis I was asked questions on my presentation.
My analytical and business logic skills were tested and observed.
Questions in 2nd Round-
1) What is the USP of this app?
2) What is the business model and how the money is made?
3) How can online betting app be legal in a country where betting is banned?
4) Who are the market competitors and how are they different from 'Dream 11'?
5) What are the negative aspects of this app?
6) Who are the target audience and business audience?

It was a great online and offline interview process with practical, real-world job scenarios that reflected actual work challenges. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and engaging throughout, making the experience positive, insightful, and well-structured from start to finish.

Entretien
Initially there were 2 online calls where you are expected to turn on your camera but the interview does not turn on his/her camera.
Post that, I was given a huge 14 - 15 questions document where I had to jot down different user stories, create flows and wire-frames and finally there was another call where again the interviewer does not turn his camera on but you are supposed to.
In all the telephonic interviews the interviewer keeps on asking the same question and they are generally there to make you realize that you are not having the skills they require.
Moreover they are not bothered to pick up your calls post that or even give you a response!
