      My interview process with HiBob was smooth, fast, and overall a very positive experience. Shortly after submitting my CV, I was contacted by the team and began the interview journey. The process consisted of two initial interview rounds, followed by a home assignment that I later presented in person at the HiBob office. Throughout all these stages, the interviewing panel was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, consistently making me feel comfortable and reassured. The final stage was a 1:1 conversation with the Head of Customer Experience. I received feedback promptly after the final interview, and since joining, the onboarding process has been seamless. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Overall, my experience with HiBob has been outstanding — from the interview process to onboarding and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to grow and feel valued.

      1st with recuriter was good, I think we had a great time. 2nd, with a TLS, but I found it really boring, they did not wanted to know more about my experience.
