I sent my resume and received a WhatsApp message from the recruiter. I scheduled a phone interview, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I received a home task which I sent to both the manager and the recruiter. I was later scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the manager at the office to review my task. Then I had an interview with the manager's manager, and finally an HR interview.

I interviewed at Hibob over the course of four weeks. The first two interviews were scheduled promptly, followed by a take-home assignment. After completing the assignment, I was invited for a third, in-person interview. The office environment was welcoming, and everyone I met was genuinely kind. A week after the interview, I followed up and received feedback on my assignment, ultimately being informed that I wasn't successful. While I can accept constructive feedback, I found it disappointing that they invited me for an in-person interview despite concerns about the assignment, which I submitted a week prior. It felt somewhat inconsiderate of my time, and I believe companies should be more mindful when managing interviews and assessments. Additionally, the assignment itself was quite internal and challenging for an outsider to fully understand, which made it harder to meet their expectations. That said, I still wish them all the best moving forward.
