      Recruitment Process: The recruitment process consisted of several rounds, each with its own unique aspects. Here is a breakdown of each round: Round 1: Aptitude Test The first round was an aptitude test comprising approximately 30 multiple-choice questions that covered various topics such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. ound 2: Domain Test This round had two sections: Pseudocode and Computer Fundamentals. It consisted of 30 questions and aimed to assess the candidates’ knowledge and understanding of these subjects. Round 3: Conversational Round In this round, candidates were given a set of sentences to read aloud and record their voices. Some grammar-based questions and fill-in-the-blanks were also included to test the candidates’ language proficiency. This round served as an elimination round. Round 4: Technical Interview The technical interview lasted for about 15 minutes. The interviewer began by introducing themselves and then asked me to provide an introduction. The interview primarily focused on the following areas: Object-oriented programming concepts (OOPs) Real-life examples of inheritance and polymorphism Projects I was advised to thoroughly revise OOPs concepts and projects done during my academics and be prepared to explain each concept in detail. Round 5: HR Round The HR round was scheduled for the following day. During this round, I had a discussion with the HR representative, who asked me various questions, including: Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Have you ever faced a failure or setback? How did you handle it? How do you handle pressure and tight deadlines? How do you handle conflicts or disagreements with colleagues? How do you manage your time and prioritize tasks? Are you aware of the bond period? Why do you want to work for our company? Do you have any questions for me?

Answer: Lambda expressions provide a concise way to define anonymous functions and are used mainly for functional programming and the Stream API. 6. What is the difference between composition and inheritance in Java? Answer: Composition is a design principle where one class contains an instance of another class, while inheritance is an "is-a" relationship between classes. 7. What is the Java Collections Framework, and why is it important? Answer: The Collections Framework provides classes and interfaces for working with collections of objects, offering reusable data structures and algorithms.
