      Entretien

      After clearing the online test I received an email from HR Executive from Mahape(Navi Mumbai) branch and the dates of interview mentioned were 1st Feb and 2nd Feb 2018. I had decided to attend the interview on 1st Feb 2018. I went to Hexaware Mumbai all the way from Pune to attend my F2F interview where I was able to crack that round as well as the final round(Versant English Communication Test). Then there was a final discussion with the talent acquisition specialist where I was asked about my notice period, Current CTC, Expected CTC etc. During this discussion I asked twice if 2 months of notice period is ok for Hexaware and both of them i.e; the HR and Talent Acquisition specialist replied that they are comfortable with it. I was said to leave and was informed about documents submission. On 5th of Feb 2018, I received a call from the talent acquisition specialist asking about my notice period and about early joining i.e.; till 5th of March 2018. I then explained him my situation that I can't commit about early release but I will try my best. Then I received an email regarding documents submission and I had submitted all the documents. After 1 week I called the HR Executive of Mumbai branch and asked about my offer letter. The HR Executive said that my notice period is 2 months and they want someone who can join immediately. I told him that I have proofs of email and job post where early joining is nowhere mentioned. The HR was very rude and he asked me to resign my current organization and share the resignation emails with him. This very disappointing from Hexaware. Shame on such HR who play with candidate's future.

      First I got a call from HR asking basic details & he asked me if I am holding any offer, for that I said yes I have one offer of MNC then he said if you hold MNC offer we have a policy that you will have technical round(generally it's written test then TR) so two rounds were there

      Interview is total waste of time. The interviewer just throws away the question and doesn't interact with the interviewee. He records the session and don't know who evaluates it. It is a video call interview but he doesn't on the video chat.
