Worst interview process ever. They have conducted face 2 face and told i am selected after completing 2 technical rounds and told like HR will call you about salary discussion. its been one month if i call them now for an update , they were telling i am rejected.

J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hexaware Technologies (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Entretien
I recently interviewed for a React Developer position at this company, but unfortunately, the experience was quite misleading. The hiring process consisted of four rounds:
First Round (Technical): This round was as expected—focused on React development skills. I was asked to solve coding problems and demonstrate my technical expertise, which went smoothly.
Second Round (Managerial): This round focused on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Nothing unusual here, just typical managerial questions.
Third Round (Client Technical): Similar to the first round, this involved technical discussions. However, it was more about understanding how I would approach existing projects.
Fourth Round (Client Managerial): This round came as a shock. I was told that the role was not a development position but a support role. The job primarily involved rectifying bugs and maintaining code rather than active coding and development as I was initially led to believe.
While the interview process was well-organized, the sudden shift in job description was disappointing. The position was advertised as a React Developer role, but it turned out to be more of a support job. If you're looking for a coding-intensive position, this may not be the right fit. However, if you're comfortable with a support role focused on bug fixing, it might work for you. I just wish the company had been more transparent from the start.
