Later, I discovered that the project manager filled the position with a relative instead, demonstrating clear favoritism and a lack of professionalism. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the organization's integrity and management practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to be cautious, as such unprofessionalism seems to be tolerated at higher levels.
