The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

First there was a basic aptitude round on paper, there were 20 questions on math, reasoning, computer science. in second round there were two programs and 15-20 objective question on java. Third round was a F2F interview all questions related to OOPs and Database. In fourth round it was again a F2F Technical interview but the level was hard and 2-3 programs were told to solve with the restriction of using programming elements.
