First round was an offline case study where some data analysis and trends to be shown and second round was F2F case study. I could not clear the second review. HR and interviewer both were supportive and nice.

The interview process had 5 rounds 1. Offline Case Study - Sent me 2 data sets and asked to generate some insights for 4 questions in 4 hours. 2. Online Case Study - 1:1 Discussion with Founder's Office. This was a case study. The interview tests the way you think. This is mostly on arriving at a strategy. The very interesting part of the total process. 3. SQL Assignment - Needed to solve 5 questions in 2 hours. Hardly takes 25 mins if you are good at SQL. 4. CEO Discussion - Culture fit round 5. HR Discussion - More about the role and compensation I have rejected the offer as the compensation was way below my expectations.
