Better experience with the Hertz recruiter than the actual hiring manager. The recruiter was more knowledgeable and open. It was almost too easy. Be sure to ask them specific questions about department, expectations, overtime, etc. Recruiter said it was a 37 hour work week; absolutely not the case. There is not even flexible schedules. The interviews are not specific and the questions were not much more than just a short conversation. Additionally, they bring in other people who are only there to get an idea about your personality, not so much your credentials. Weird, but if you get it, your got it.
