Had 2 interviews, one with 2 Branch Managers, the other with the Area Manager...Both went really well and on the 2nd interview, before I could make it home, I was called and said I got the job.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.

They will ask about your experience in Customer Service.
You interview after completing their online application process. Easy interview with the area manager. Basic interview questions. Simply be confident and demonstrate common knowledge of customer service. Please dress appropriately.
