J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hertz (Naples, FL) en févr. 2015

      Entretien

I was contacted, by email, 2 to 3 weeks after submitting my application for the position. A phone interview with the recruiter was scheduled within the next couple days. At the conclusion of the short phone interview the recruiter asked for availability for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Within a couple days I was granted an interview for the following week. Two days after the in-person interview I was given an offer for more than my asking salary. I was happy with the experience, in total 2 weeks from 1st contact to interview and receive an offer. I should note that I applied for multiple positions of similar weight. One of which I had a recruiter interview that went as well and was told I would have an in-person interview within 2 weeks. I never heard back and was not able to get a hold of that recruiter again. So I would say my speedy experience above is likely not typical.

      Question 1

"Casual" interview style. They asked questions referencing my experience and how it would apply to the position they were offering. Also some questions on how well I work with others.

Applied online. 2-3 weeks later(I forgot I even applied), I got a random phone call at 10:00 AM, and it was a Hertz recruiter. Instantly did a phone interview. The recruiter asked generic questions, nothing that would catch you off guard. Basically tell me about yourself type questions.(15 minute interview) Recruiter set up the hiring manager phone interview for two days later. I received the call from the hiring manager and she asked more detail questions that would relate to the position. The vibe of the phone call was non-formal, more of a friendly conversation than an interview. The hiring manager ended the phone call saying she had several other candidates to interview and I will hear from the recruiter. (20 minute interview) About a week later I get a call from the recruiter saying I have been selected to come in for an in person interview with the hiring manager and several others. The in person interview was a little more formal. Still basic questions, how would you rate yourself at excel, why do you like analysis, etc. I met with four people, and the director stated “we have other candidates, you should hear from us by the end of the week” The very next day I got a call from the recruiter saying they want to go with me and she would write up an offer. I received the offer about a week later, and accepted it. Overall interview process was smooth. Offer is contingent upon drug test, employment verification, background check, and education verification.
