My meeting was scheduled on zoom from 9:30am - 10:30an EST. I joined the meeting at 9:15am. I sat in the meeting lobby for the entirety of the session and no one showed up to interview me.
experience and personality matters. Commission is a big part of the conversation so pay attention to that because if you are interviewing for a location that doesn't have much sales you won't have a big commission check once a month
