At Hertz, one could expect to have two to three interviews. One initial screening, followed by and interview with the Area Manager, and/or Branch Manager.

The most unexpected question can vary based on who you are interviewing with...however, one should expect to know about the history of the company, specific business cases (not just generic examples), and use the interview as an opportunity to sell yourself.
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
