I was called by the out of state HR, they offered $13 an hour for a college graduate with extensive management experience/military leadership experience. They stated the wage was non-negotiable, so I declined. Not sure why they thought it was acceptable to offer a sub-poverty wage for a position that requires a college degree in a market with low unemployment and a lack of skilled workers.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .

HR will call and set up an interview with the main office in the area. You'll set down with a Branch Manager and they'll interview you for about 30 Mins.

They will ask about your experience in Customer Service.
You interview after completing their online application process. Easy interview with the area manager. Basic interview questions. Simply be confident and demonstrate common knowledge of customer service. Please dress appropriately.
