It was easy. Mostly behavioural questions and your expectations for the job. I had the area manager and the branch manager interview me. It was intimidating at first since it was a bigger group than I expected. However, they were friendly and the interview was easy

Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.

good, smooth. It was a very straight forward interview, i had the first in person, then the second stage was online, after then i didnt hear from then for a while
