Entretien
I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter the next morning around 10am. We did a telephone interview, she told me what is required for telecommuting and she sent me an email with a link to the typing test. I was told to take it and she would call me Monday and (assuming I passed it) she would set up my interview for Tuesday at the local office. Call came Monday, and I interviewed Tuesday. I was hired and told that technician would be sent to set up computer and phone in my home.

What would you do if you encountered an irate customer upset because they feel they have been charged too much?
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.

good, smooth. It was a very straight forward interview, i had the first in person, then the second stage was online, after then i didnt hear from then for a while
