No interview just received a promotion and had absolutely no training from the area manager. He just told me I got the job and that was it. Never had an in person interview just a phone call letting me know about the position.

In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
informative and very detailed job description. Responsibilities were explained as well. Sales management important to create revenue for company growth. Sales important also helping customers by answer questions. Timely transactions and work speed important dor the role.
