Interview experience: Very disappointing and disrespectful. Hermès reached out to me directly for the SSA position. I never applied — they sourced me. I was told I’d be meeting with two people. I had my first meeting with the hiring manager and was told I’d meet a second person soon (who was supposedly on PTO). That second meeting never came. Despite my follow-up emails, I received no clear response, no update, and no closure. Meanwhile, the job listing was silently closed and reopened with the exact same description — not reposted, fully restarted — and shortly after, disappeared entirely from their website. I later saw that the role had likely been filled internally, but I was never informed.
