Reached out to schedule a call within a day of submitting my application. Very friendly and straight forward, basic interview questions (i.e. introduce yourself, why are you interested, etc.). Ghosted after call.

Interview with recruiter to go over basic information. Then meeting a branch manager to discuss the role in depth. And finally, a meeting with the district manager to for a more intense evaluation,
